New to VSS: Virtual Pre-Meeting Event

Monday, May 4, 3:00 am EDT and 12:00 pm EDT

Before the VSS annual meeting, we will offer one virtual pre-meeting event for attendees who are new to VSS. This session will take place on Monday, May 4 and is designed to help first-time participants get a feel for the meeting, learn about key events and locations, and understand how to navigate the venue and activities once onsite.

To accommodate participants across time zones, we have reserved two session options:

  • 3:00 am EDT
  • 12:00 pm EDT

These two time slots should work well for attendees joining from both eastern and western regions.
