Exhibitors

In addition to the sponsorships described above, Exhibit Booths are available. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, but sponsors will receive selection priority. Please read our Exhibitor Agreement for hotel policies, set-up and tear-down instructions, insurance requirements, and other guidelines. Each booth is priced at $2600* and includes 2 complimentary registrations. Exhibitors will also receive a company logo, website link, and 75-word company profile featured on the Sponsors page of the CNS website.

Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. (Corporate, Gold and Silver sponsors will receive first choice/premium spaces.) Please read our Exhibitor Agreement for hotel policies, set-up and tear-down instructions, insurance requirements, and other guidelines.

*Applications received after February 20 will incur an additional charge of $250 for late processing.

Pen Sponsorship - $1,500

As the exclusive pen sponsor you will supply high-quality pens featuring your company’s logo, which will be made available and used throughout the meeting – including at the registration desk and during poster sessions. This ensures continuous visibility and keeps your brand in attendees’ hands from start to finish.

Coffee Break Sponsorship - $3,000

Gain exclusive visibility with our Coffee Break Sponsorship! As the sole sponsor of a designated coffee break, your organization will be featured on event signage, ensuring high exposure. You’ll also have a dedicated table during the break to share information, engage with attendees, and make meaningful connections.

Meeting Lanyards - $3,000

Place your branding around the necks of our attendees, ensuring maximum visibility throughout the entire event with our exclusive Lanyard Sponsorship! All registered attendees are required to wear badges at all times, making this a high-impact opportunity to showcase your logo.
