VSS Seeking Graphics for the 12th Annual Meeting

VSS is seeking interesting visual images to be used for the cover of the 2012 VSS printed program, t-shirts, and tote bags.

This call is open-ended in that the images might relate to submitted scientific work, the meeting in Naples, Naples itself, or VSS. The images might be transformations or alterations of the VSS Logo (which can be downloaded below). Samples of previous year's program covers are shown below for your reference.

A small amount of award money is available for individuals or labs producing the chosen image.

Submitters grant VSS unlimited rights to copy, publish, edit, print, and use the images for any purpose, including publishing images online and on other electronic and hardcopy media.

Please submit moderate size mock-up images (JPG or PDF format preferred). A larger, high-resolution image will be requested for chosen images. If your final image is limited in size/resolution, please inform us.

Please submit your images as early as possible. Email your image as an attachment (and brief explanation, if appropriate) to: Shawna Lampkin and Zoe Kourtzi.

The deadline for submitting images is Wednesday, January 11, 2012.
