The Fort Meyers airport (Southwest Florida
International Airport - RSW) is approximately 30 miles from the Naples Grande
Hotel. This page gives some options for getting from the airport to the
hotels. Capacity is limited so you are urged to consider reserving your
transportation before arriving at the Fort Meyers airport. There are
three options for getting
from the airport to Naples: the VSS Shuttle Service, a rental car or
taxi.
There is also a small municipal airport in Naples (APF),
however there are very few flights servicing the airport. For

VSS has arranged for discounted transportation from
Fort Meyers airport to the meeting hotels. Service will be provided by
Dolphin Carey, a professional transportation company.
The one-way VSS fare is $25/person each way. The VSS Shuttle
Service will be available for arrivals on Thursday, May 8 and Friday, May 9 and
departures
on Tuesday, May 13 and Wednesday, May 14. Roundtrip purchase is not
required. (If you are arriving or
departing outside this window, you will need to make other
transportation arrangements.) Transportation drop-offs
(and pick-ups) will include the Naples Grande Hotel, the Hilton Naples
Hotel, Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel and the Staybridge Suites.
Online shuttle reservations are now closed.
Tickets may be purchased at
the Fort Meyers airport only if seats are available on the shuttle on a
first-come first-served basis. Unreserved seats will be limited and, of
course, availability is not guaranteed. The transportation company
matches the vehicle size for each trip to the number of reservations so
reservations are strongly recommended.

Airport Shuttle Instructions
You’ll be met at the baggage claim carousel for
your flight by a Dolphin Transportation representative with a VSS sign.
Please check in with the staff member before collecting your luggage.
You’ll be escorted to your waiting vehicle and transferred to the
Naples Grande Beach Resort, approximately 40 minutes away. In the
unlikely event you have trouble locating your transportation, please
call Dolphin directly at 239-530-0100.
On departure day, please check in at the podium on
the front drive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time for your
return to the airport. Your Departure time will be posted at the
Registration Desk.
