Abstract Withdraw Policy

If the first author is unable to present, the abstract must be withdrawn. First author must notify VSS in writing. Send all withdrawal notifications to ShauneyWilson@visionsciences.org.

Under certain conditions, you may make special arrangements to have another author present your poster, however, first author must still pay the registration fee in order for the poster to be presented. Substitution authors for talks are not allowed. Please send all special requests to ShauneyWilson@visionsciences.org. There is no charge for withdrawal of an abstract, but abstract submission fees are not refundable.

Abstracts withdrawn or not presented at the meeting will not be published in the proceedings.

If you fail to notify VSS of your withdrawal, or you do not show up for your scheduled presentation, future submissions may be in jeopardy.
